Registration Information and Fees
You have different options for participating in the MLMC 2012:
1. You apply for the full course which includes morning lectures and afternoon workshops. Workshops include hands-on experience with microscopes and related equipment as well as computer sessions on image processing and analysis. 24 spots are available, so apply early!
2. You can register for the morning lectures (no application necessary).
3. You can register for one day's morning lectures. Unfortunately, we may have to have to modify the morning lecture schedule due to circumstances out of our control, so please keep an eye on the schedule as listed on the webapge if you choose this option.

1. Applications for full-day sessions (morning lectures and afternoon workshops)
If you would like to participate in the full course which includes morning lectures and afternoon hands-on sessions for Week 1: Fundamentals and/or Week 2: Frontiers, you must apply for acceptance. To ensure individual attention, the number of participants in limited to 24.
Application Deadline: Friday, May 18, 2012.
We will let you know if you are accepted in the course by Friday, May 25, 2012 (or sooner if you apply early).
Payment is due by Friday, June 8, 2012
Fees:
Course Week 1, July 9-13 (Fundamentals) $1000.00
Course Week 2, July 16-20 ( Frontiers) $1000.00
Course - Both Week 1 & Week 2 - $2000.00
The complete week's course ($1000) includes:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A cancellation received before Friday, June June 29, 2012 is subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date are subject to 100% of the course fee. Registration is transferable subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
Method of Payment
Bank Draft, Money Order, Cheque or McGill IDC . Cheque drawn in CDN funds, payable to "McGill University" and note on your payment "McGill Imaging Facility". Print your name on the bank draft, money order or cheque. For a McGill IDC, please include your 6 digit FOAPAL All payments must be received by Friday, June 29, 2012.
